Pride amongst carvers and our families often results with tools being passed on to early career carvers in order to maintain the heritage and insure the tools are put to good use.
Lesley Wyness has donated tools inherited from her grandfather, Frank Arthur Markham, for MCA to distribute and more recently Marietta von Bernuth has donated tools from the late David Esterly for distribution.
MCA are pleased to thank Joel Moskowitz, owner of the Brooklyn based Tools For Working Wood, for donating the cost of shipping David Esterly’s tools to UK from USA.
MCA will organise an event at which early career carvers can benefit from these generous gifts.
